Platform data: institutions using Turaminds may store student, staff, academic, attendance and fee records. For this data, the institution is generally the controller and Turaminds acts on its instructions.

To respond to enquiries and demo requests, provide and secure the platform, maintain accounts, improve our services and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. AI features

Where AI features are enabled, relevant content may be processed by configured AI service providers to generate drafts or suggestions. Outputs are intended for educator review.

5. Sharing

We share information with service providers who host and operate the platform under appropriate agreements, and where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Student records are entered by institutions. Institutions are responsible for obtaining any consents required for the data they upload about minors.
