By accessing turaminds.tech or using the Turaminds platform, you agree to these terms. If you use Turaminds on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use the platform to infringe the rights of others.
4. Customer data
Institutions retain ownership of the data they upload. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.
5. AI-generated content
AI features produce drafts and suggestions that may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before use with students. We do not guarantee academic outcomes.
6. Demo workspace
Demo workspaces contain fictional sample data for evaluation only and may be reset at any time.
7. Fees
Paid plans, where applicable, are governed by the order form or plan terms agreed with you.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in your agreement or as permitted by applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for material breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
The governing law and venue will be specified following legal review.
